Base class for elements that support per-glyph positioning attributes (x, y, dx, dy, rotate) on top of the basic text content interface.
This corresponds to the W3C IDL interface SVGTextPositioningElement.
These attributes can contain a list of values, one for each character. The methods here provide access to either the first value in the list (for convenience) or the entire list.
