Detailed Description

Preallocated owner/child teardown state shared by every surface of one device.

A child whose native completion cannot be proved poisons the state without allocating. The owner observes that poison and retains the complete device graph, including every prerequisite of leaked native handles. The live count catches a child that escaped the owner's containers.
